Bypass firewall rules for traffic on the same interface -- Checkmark
In the Advanced configuration section, there's a checkmark to set when you have multiple subnets behind the same LAN interface. In the past this setting used to work well for bypassing the 100Mbps ports for local 1Gbps traffic. For some odd reason, this setting seems to no longer have any effect and local traffic is going through the port anyways.
Any suggestions?

I am not sure I am following you here. If routing requires you to bounce off the port, you still need to bounce off the port. You just do not pass through the firewall filters. Perhaps I am misunderstanding what you are trying to do...
