This only fixes one bug (why it is rc2b not rc3) in the console. It seems I did not mark some scripts as executable. If you do not ever use the console, it is not needed. However, one of the scripts I broke was the password reset, so... 
Also, a quick look at outstanding bugs that need to be fixed for the next release, which will probably be our first full release. (No beta tag)
If anyone sees m0n0wall somewhere not mentioned above, please let me know. This next one will be a release!
After the first official release, there will be a significant revamp of the web GUI. (And website) That will take some time, and some testing. I just wanted a stable release out before tackling that.
